At Reliance Solid Furniture, we take pride in crafting high-quality solid wood furniture designed to last for generations. Each piece is carefully manufactured, inspected, and finished to meet our strict quality standards.

Because most of our furniture is made to order and handcrafted from natural wood, we only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The product has a manufacturing defect.
• The item was damaged during delivery.
• The product does not match the approved order specifications.

Returns are not accepted for:

• Change of mind.
• Incorrect measurements were provided by the customer.
• Natural wood characteristics such as grain variation, knots, or slight colour differences.
• Minor variations are inherent to handcrafted solid wood furniture.

2. Reporting a Defect

If you believe your item is defective:

• Notify us within 7 days of delivery.
• Email clear photos and a detailed description of the issue.
• Provide your order number and contact details.

Claims submitted after 7 days may not qualify for return consideration.

3. Inspection Process

Once reported:

• Our team will assess the issue remotely.
• If necessary, we may arrange an on-site inspection.
• We reserve the right to repair the item before approving a replacement or return.

4. Resolution Options

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will:

• Repair the product at no cost, or
• Replace the defective item, or
• Offer a partial or full refund at our discretion.

All resolutions are determined based on the nature and severity of the defect.

5. Return Conditions

• The item must be in its original condition.
• The furniture must not have been modified, altered, or misused.
• Collection arrangements (if required) will be coordinated by us.

6. Custom Orders

Custom-made pieces built to approved specifications are non-refundable unless defective. Once production has commenced, cancellations are not permitted.

7. Natural Material Disclaimer

Solid wood is a living material. Variations in grain pattern, tone, and minor movement due to climate changes are normal and are not considered defects.
